Terms of Service

Terms of use for the Overtron service. Updated: July 1, 2026.

These Terms govern the relationship between the Overtron service (the "Service") and the user. By starting to use the overtron.io website or the Telegram bot, you accept these Terms.

1. Subject

The Service provides a TRON network resource rental service (Energy and Bandwidth) by delegating them to the public address specified by the user for a chosen period, in exchange for a fee in TRX.

2. Ordering and payment

  • The user specifies the recipient address, the amount of the resource, and the rental period;
  • The Service provides a payment address and the exact amount; the address is valid for a limited time;
  • Payment is made in TRX. The resource is delegated after the full amount is received;
  • The price is calculated automatically with the user's status discount.

3. Delivery and irreversibility

Resource delegation is performed automatically and, as a rule, within 10–60 seconds. Delegation is instant and cannot be canceled. The rental expires at the end of the chosen period.

4. Non-custodial

The Service does not request private keys and has no access to the user's funds. The user is responsible for the correctness of the address provided.

5. Restrictions

  • The address must be on the TRON network; contracts with non-standard logic are not supported;
  • Using the Service for unlawful purposes is prohibited;
  • The Service may refuse service if abuse is suspected.

6. Bonuses and statuses

OTron points, statuses, and referral rewards are provided on the Service's terms and may be changed. They are not a monetary obligation and cannot be exchanged for fiat.

7. Liability

The Service is not liable for losses caused by an incorrectly specified address, actions of the TRON network, force majeure, or the user's breach of these Terms. The service is provided "as is".

8. Changes

The Service may change its terms and pricing. The current version is published on this page.
